Cross Country opens season at Webster State Park
Launch the media gallery 1 playerThe Cross Country season began on a high note. All runners this year are Freshmen. To begin the season they will compete at the junior varsity level and move up to varsity as they grow as runners. At the first meet at Stockton (Webster State Park), Carley Chrisler finished 2nd with a time of 29:15. Our three boys swept the top three spots. Jayce Dickerson led the way at 21:32, Clay Pelton finished in 21:54, and Jayson Engling completed the top three at 22:00. This is a very tough course and each one of our athletes performed well. Congratulations on your finishes in your first high school meet.
