Cross Country Competes at Hill City
Four athletes competed at the Hill City meet on Thursday, September 24. In the varsity competition there were 60 runners. Dean Masters finished 4th (19:02.97), Taitem Zeigler took 13th (19:56.50), and Grady Dickerson was 28th (21:00.24). Dylan Pruter finished 6th (23:00.72) of 20 runners in the JV race.
We competed very well in this meet. There were larger schools and we held our own against those teams as well as the Class 1A schools.
We should have a full team as we head to Ness City on Thursday, October 1 for our next meet. Followed by Ellsworth (Tues, 10/6) and Lincoln (Thurs, 10/8)
