NHS Forensics Travels to Tipton

The Natoma Forensics team traveled to Tipton Catholic High School on February 18th. This was the second meet the team competed at this year. Two members, Senior Brynae Thompson and Junior Eric Beiker each took Sneetches, by Dr. Suess to read as Poetry. Thompson got a II rating, and Beiker got a I rating. Sandra Richmond took a Prose piece by Tom Birdseye to read, titled “A Regular Flood of Mishap,” and scored a 1 rating.
In duet competition, Thompson and Beiker participated in IDA, or Improvised Duet Acting, and scored a 1 rating. Sophomores Corey Dunlap and Jared Hachmeister also competed in IDA. Freshmen Caitlyn Thompson and KaiLee Homburg participated in IDA and Humorous Duet Acting as well. The next meet the Forensics team will compete at is in Lincoln on March 22nd.
